Outlook 2007: Add all senders in email folder to dist list?

Help,

I need to send an email out to a group of customers. I have a saved email folder for the group. I need to add every sender from the emails in that folder to a dist list.

Is there any convenient way to do this?

Its Outlook
All of your Customers should be in your contacts, if they aren't add them.
In contacts, create a group
Add contacts to that group.
draft email and then send to group
done
