In my emails, I want to have the "TO" field (recipient) show up on all my folders and across all accounts... how do I set it up so that I do not have to go through every folder to do this?

Well, by default OL2003 only shows the following fields in an email list:

FROM
SUBJECT
RECEIVED
SIZE

I want to add TO across all my folders...

search for "Change when and where a view is available" in the help section of Outlook 2003.

Right click on the field (from, subject, received, size)

Go to Customize Current View

Click on Fields

Add - TO
Click OK. OK
