How do I backup all my email addresses and other settings?

I'm about to format and it would be more convienient if I didnt have to manually re-input all the information.

TIA

to back up settings, go to start menu and look for "microsoft office 2003 save my settings wizard" under "microsoft office tools" NOTE: i haven't used this myself yet but this is the closest i've found to backing up account settings

to back up data like emails, contacts etc, go to outlook and export->export as file->pst and select what you want

Just make sure you move all of your emails to the .PST folder you created and then export it. When you relaod Office import it back in.
