Outlook 2003 switched to Personal Folders

Have a user whose Outlook 2003 has been operating all mail locally through his Personal Folders. Not sure why this happened or when it began. What's the best way to get his mail back on the server and keep him operating that way?

Okay, found the Tools->Email Accounts->View or Change [Next]->Deliver new email to the following location dialog, saw it was set wrong and fixed it. Now what is the best way to move all his local mail back to his server inbox? I did just export a fresh PST, should I just import or is there a better way?

I don't know if I'd say that it's the "best" way, but the easiest way is to simply copy the messages from the Personal Folders back to the IMAP mail folders within Outlook.

I tried that and found out his PSTs are at 2GB. Also the server is having issues... we have our work cut out for us.

First copy the pst file(s) to another location so you have a backup. Fix your exchange server. I personally would then have the user copy all his mail back up to the exchange inbox if that is where you want it.
