Just installed XP Pro on a new hard drive. Previously, I have always used Outlook Express. I want to set up three distinct email accounts for three different users, all who share the same PC and login. Unlike OE, where there was an easy Switch User function, I'm not finding this in Outlook 2003. Does this function exist? If so, how can it be accessed? Thanks.

If I remember correctly Outlook can be setup to work within XP's profile system. I'll double check on this as I personally run Outlook 2003 on my install of XP.

EDIT: Just tested it out and it's just as I remembered. Outlook automatically works with the XP profile system to create a separate PST file for each user. So all you have to do is create a Windows login for each user and then you'll be able to set up each person's Outlook profile for the accounts that they want.

1. open control panel
2. open mail
3. click profiles
4. create outlook profile for each person
5. check "prompt for a profile to be used."

Just realized I missed the part where he said he was going to be using the same login for all 3 users. I'm curious why you're bothering to set it up that way. Would be much easier for multiple reasons to have multiple accounts setup.
