I recently had to reinstall windows as windows wouldent start up(all kinds of problems) but before i did i made an exsact copy of my harddrive so i would have all my docs and such and im wondering if i can just copy over my outlook 03 profile or fiiles or whatever so i dont have to re add all my prefs and email accounts and such.

Help gratly apresheated.

I don't have Outlook2003 but for Outlook2002 and earlier versions all you need is the psf file. I'd imagine 2003 shouldn't be any different.

From my experience, you can copy the *.pst file over but you'll have to readd the e-mail accounts and recreate the rules (unless you have those backed up as well).

Probably you can. Just make sure that your .pst file is where Outlook 2003 will find it by default. I always keep my back up on another partition so if and when I have to reinstall the OS, which I've done a few times, it's easy to do what you want to do.
