Outlook 2003 question.

I have outlook 2003 set up to auto start by the windows schedule program. Is there any way to make it start and either be minimized or just in the system tray?

can't right click on shortcut in make it run:minimalized?

can also right click on outlook 2003 icon in system tray and make it "hide when minimalized"
