Outlook 2003 Flag Question

Is there any way in Outlook 2003 to set a follow up flag for me when I send out a message? In other words, I want to remind myself to check up on it later if I don't get any responses. It looks like you can do this in Outlook 2007 with the "flag me" option but I don't see anything like it in 2003.
