outlook 2003 email folder sharing

in my organization we use outlook 2003 for retrieving mails from the server , which is not exchange server , through sendmail in linux.

the case is that my team needs to shared all the emails which i get delivered in my outlook 2003 client.

its generally sharing my outlook email folder, all my team are using same server and are in same lan.

can any one tell me how to accomplish this .

I don't know if it is possible to pull it off without an Exchange server. I would say to put the main PST will all of the emails on a shared drive, but only one person could access it at a time. Your other option could be to have everyone else DL emails from that email address but selecting "keep on server" so that everyone would be able to DL the emails. I know what you're asking for, but we were not able to figure out a solution without Exchange.
