On the left side of the inbox there is a section listed as Outlook Shortcuts, My Shortcuts and Other Shortcuts. Under the section My Shortcuts, how do I set up a folder so I can drag email and drop on the folder? As of now the Icons listed under My Shortcuts are Drafts,Outbox,Sent Items,Journal and Outlook Update. If I right-click in that area, I can create a new title bar, but not a folder to drop messages into.
