outlook 2002 missing folders

I'm running win xp and I never had a problem with outllook 2002 before. when I click on calender or address book it gives me an error

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The folder no longer exists.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled this and the same thing happens again. does anyone know how to fix this problem?
