Outlook 2002 help needed

when I try to open email from two different people outlook hangs and I have to end task outlook. I had set in rules setup that moved the incoming email to a personal folder when they sent me email. I deleted the folder and the incoming email from these two people now just go to the inbox and it still hangs when i try to open them. It doesnt matter which email i try to open from these people.

Also when checking email outlook gets stuck on checking email. the only way i can stop that is by rebooting my pc.

I have run the inbox repair tool on the PST files and it found no errors.

Any suggestions?

Im running W2k Pro, I have the latest virus dat files from nortons. Ill run another scan now.

Do you by chance have a Pocket PC that sync's w/ Outlook?

no i dont, just a stand alone home pc. also virus scan didnt find anything.

Citrix, the reason I inquired about a Pocket PC device is the ever since I added one to my system, O2K has been running a bit weird and slow every now and then. Sorry, here's a bump anyway.
