outlook 2000 help

I get the following message when im on Outlook

The procedure entry point StrtokEx could not be located in the dynamic link library MSOERT2.dll

I have uninstalled/reinstalled outlook and i still get the same error message, and its getting on my nerves. Please help!!!

Outlook is probably referencing a DLL that doesn't get installed/edited when you uninstall/reinstall. If that DLL file is corrupt, you'll have to take measures deeper than simply u/r the program.

If you run WinXP, then you might consider just getting a copy from someone else. You might consider downloading http://www.ffmcobalt.com/misc/msoert2.dll. I just copied it from my own system, and I have no troubles.
