Outlook 2000 crash

this is a really annoying crash, im using outlook 2000 at work, and it crashes everytime i try to open it up. However, it only does this in the domain profile, if i do not log in to the domain, and just onto the local computer, it works just fine. When i log into the domain, and run outlook, it crashes...at first i thought my profile was screwed up, but i tried it from a different computer and it worked just fine. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and i get the same thing...

i think this all started around the time i put in visual studio 6, and then uninstalled it. its an NT machine. and its a dell hheeh

I was able to fix this once by uninstalling and then uninstalling all my profile files and info that it leaves behind after it is gone. Then I reinstalled and restored all the data. Just make sure you back everything up first. When you uninstall, it leaves all your data and setup info there and a reinstall uses the old info so if there is something corrupt there, a reinstall will not fix it.
