Outer Space

I used to really like reading about astronomy and stuff. Still pretty interesting now, but I had a whole phase when I was little that I was totally into reading about everything outer space.

who gives a crap about science... I just want to go see the dam planet with my own eyes...

Planets are cool. It's sad though that we seem to pretend to know so much about them. Studying things through telescopes has been our most successful way of learning because of the high availability of them. However, to really understand the planets, and space....well, we'll be dead and gone before humans have the technology to really utilize the resources of the other planets.

Get your ass to Mahs!

I've always ben fascinated with astronomy. I'd love to be able travel to other planets and places and explore them.

its really intangible to me..

for i all know to be true the universe in its entirety could be the mucky pea soup of gods mind.
a manifest of its imagination perhaps.
its an idea, a place far too big for my britches.

jupiter57 wasn't just randomly picked!
The main reason I bought a computer in the first place is because of my love of Astronomy.
Seems every publication I got kept referring me to their website for more info.
The real deal maker was when The Starry Messenger (Now Astromart.com) ceased publication and went strictly online.
Now I spend more time on the internet surfing Astronomy sites than I do actually with a telescope.

Not necessarily about planets, but HERE are some incredible astronomy pics you can use as wallpaper on your PC, mostly from the Hubble. I've had THIS one as my wallpaper for about a year now.
