Is there a cheap place to get these cameras, with at least 1024x768(preferably more) or 720p? Newegg wants about $200, for indoor cameras. 😱

Search for Foscam cameras...decent and cheap....foscam.us is their main store front...amazon has them cheaper...beware fakes though.

I just picked up a pair of 8918W's today for $150. Indoor PTZ with two way audio.
