just curious, do you actually finish the blooming onion there? my friends/family always order it, we get a quarter of half-way through, then decide its starting to get nasty-kanasty (so. cal lingo :p). yet, it gets ordered every single time with the same effect. wondering if anyone else is able to polish off a plate of it, ill be especially impressed if its a party of 1-2 that can accomplish the feat.

ah ok, thanks for the quick reply. was just curious. for me personally, it gets too onion-y (if that word existed) after a while. thats what detracts me and others from completly finishing it.

Amen to that. One of the times I went to Outback with fellow male employees, I saw one of the most attractive hostess I've ever seen with some of the nicest set of knockers. With the amount of cleavage showing, every man that walked through the door has his jaw drop to the floor. My fellow employees who were in their forties and fifties (and married) could not stop commenting about her and her breasts after we were seated. I was very embarrassed because other people seated around us could hear.

LOL, last night, this woman comes into the club wearing a revealing PINK fishnet top and pink Bra on top of her store bought units, with gratuituos areola exposure, (not that I really noticed :Q ) ANYWAyyyy the waitress is walking by, commenting to some friends behind me and says "Did you see that Ladies tits?" I say , as she walks by, "the only one who hasn't seen them is Stevie Wonder" < rim shot... Thanks... 2 shows a night, next show at 10:00..... ;)
She fell out laughing.

Nice to waste free food. Did you at least take it home with you?

I can understand that you were upset with the service, but they probably just tossed that food in the trash.

We put the pager in the middle of our table and were betting on when it would finally go off, and the staff at the other restaurant were also betting. It finally went off when we got our bill...

haha yea. i was gonna go to that same outback like a month ago on our way back from the mall. but the place was so packed that we couldnt even find any parking spots left. obviously we didnt even bother checkin to see how long the wait was (there was a crowd gathered at the front entrance)

Sorry your experience sucked. I'd write the corporate office about it.

meh. im not gonna write the corp office. the manager was really nice to us and kept on saying sorry and this is inexcusable and all that. as i said...it was a mistake...and it happens. im not gonna hold it against them....just the waitress, cuz she lied to us. now had the manager not given the meal to us for free, then I'd write to the corp office for sure!!!

oh btw...had a little of the steak when i got home...MAN, that's some awesome steak!!!

it wasnt that packed at all. if it was really busy then i'd have understood. but three other parties that were seated after we ordered got their meal b4 ours.

but the steak was so good i'm sure im gonna go back there again. besides, im sure this wont happen again...cuz the manager told us that next time we go there, to ask for him and he will personally make sure we get our orders on time :D

I have had pretty good experiences with the Outback in our area. I enjoy the food. Obviously not a top notch steakhouse, but it fits the bill for a spur of the moment desire for steak and potatos.
