I have a degree and I have never seen any equation this ambiguous throughout my AZN education. The division sign is practically unused and replaced with fractions like since the latter part of elementary school.

Really these are silly anyway, any adult that has forgotten order of operations--something 99% of us only ever use in school, is liable to get this wrong.
