I'm afraid Liz Warren would be held back by the curse that has hit EVERY Presidential candidate from MA since 1960 like Ted Kennedy, Paul Tsongas, Mike Dukakis, Mitt Romney & John Kerry. This doesn't even include those from minor parties.

Lol, comic Bill Burr was a guest on Colbert's show the other night. He was introduced as "the undisputed king of rage". He didn't seem all that "angry" to me, but whatever. Anyway, at one point, Colbert joked that he seemed angry right then. He answered that he was from MA and that that was simply the way MA residents talked. <---- Way off topic, I know. <shrug>

I vote for Dems and Repubs. So stuff your lame attempts to change the meaning of my posts. The democrats need to deliver to get my vote. Yes, it a binary decision (sadly, and for reasons we all know) - but that doesn't mean the Dems get a free ticket. They have to work for it. Putting up a defective candidate like HRC was a stupid move on the part of the Dems. Even though there is much I like about Warren, and I would likely vote for her, I have some doubts about her ability to win a majority in the electoral college.

Metaphorically, I see Trump as the cartoon cat Garfield but without the charm . . . a big, fat, lazy, entitled pussy. Otoh, Senator Warren has the balls to be the leader our country needs and deserves.

Let's face it, the bar for the House to bring articles of impeachment against a President and then for two thirds of the Senate to vote to remove him is impossibly high, especially given the Republican majorities in both houses. Plus, the idea of President "I can't be in the same room with a woman without my wife present" Pence sends shivers down my spine. Trump is a buffoon, but Pence is a true ideologue.

So, a 2020 Trump vs Warren race is not out of the question. Not only would the primary fight tear the GOP apart, but, if Trump prevailed, the race between him and Warren would yield copious lulz! Trump would put his foot in his big fat mouth so often and so cluelessly it would be a cornucopia of neat, sweet, can't delete tweets.

Like I said, a guy can dream!
