Back in my day, we used sheet metal found behind workshops as slides and we liked it, damnit.

In our day, the slides were made of steel heated to 300 degrees F by the sun and that's the way we liked it.

lol...I remember that! They got so hot that if your shirt rode up your back it was getting burned. Maybe that's why I like bacon so much? The smell reminds me of being a fat kid and going down a slide....

Wow... as an avid bacon lover that makes me want to puke. I'm not sure I will ever look at that lovely mix of salt and fat again without thinking of burned childs blubber.

Ah yes, autumn, when the playground equipment starts changing colors, and the slides begin to fall. I'm sure that kid is there to take pictures of the beautiful scenery.

And in a split second, I envisioned a solar powered system of thermocouples underneath the slide which would serve to maintain it at a reasonable temperature.
I suddenly feel that neffing may no longer be sufficient to keep my mind occupied. That, or else I'm just making better, though still unproductive, use of idle CPU cycles. :)
