Yesterday got called into a company meeting. Our douchebag of a CEO basically says "we're not making payroll this week". Greeeeeeeeeat. Screws a good 400+ nationwide employees.
Can't say it's really their fault though - we're a huge subcontractor for Verizon and basically our funds go through a lending company. Supposedly we have about $3 million in funds for this week that are being held up by our AR funding company b/c Verizon hasn't approved the invoices.
It's great working for a telecom company I tell ya :|
(On a seperate note - anyone want to hire me?)
EDIT: And yes, I polished up the resume last night, I'll be looking, no doubt about that.
