My Highschool Senior Lounge is getting a complete makeover from a room that looks like it is a inner city classroom with a small 10 year old crt TV anda Xbox to a respectable room with a 50" LCD, a PS3, and a row of Desktops. All by next year, which I am more than capable of taking advantage of.

Life is good

ah the good ol' senior lounge.....we finally got ours back when i was a senior: a corner of the lunchroom sectioned off with second hand office partition walls....an old dirty couch that was most likely taken from a landfill....and a giant garbage can so we wouldn't make a mess. Lasted about a month till too many kids left garbage on the floor.

We used the school newspaper office in my day. There was a couch, microwave, and mini fridge. 4 PC's with no filtering, record player, cd player, disco ball, strobe light. It was fucking epic.

Sounds like the Alternative School at my school (Basically a program for Hippies) Its ultra selective about which hippies they take. They only take 12 out of like 200 applicants.

Anyway, their little section of the school has bean bag chairs, SNES, NES, N64, PS1 and the Genesis. They jave their classes and just rock out. They also have strobe lights and disco balls, and a souped yp audio system. They also have a computer with a 30 inch screen.

High School Senior Lounge? WTF?!?

Maybe in my HS, only the cool kids were told about the lounge. :(

The wife works at a radio station, and a couple of the DJ's recently traded on-air promos for a huge plasma, nice refrigerator, and a pool table. Of course, she wins over everyone because every Friday, everybody is basically allowed to drink at work. I believe her boss actually picked up a six-pack for her one Friday because she hadn't brought anything. A couple of months after she first got the job was the first time I had ever seen anybody stop on the way to work to pick up a dozen Krispy Kreme's and a six-pack of Miller Lite. :D

I'll see your half empty machine and raise you a medi-vend that does nothing but steal quarters.

We have a giant chest freezer full of ice cream, and an awesome soda fountain. It is awesome because it has coke, pepsi, and Henry Weinhard's root beer and cream soda on tap.
