ouch!

since i woke up this morning..one of my organs has been hurting me when i walk, and kinda sore when i sit down. im not quite sure what organ it is, but im guessing my bladder. its about 2 inches under by belly button, on the right hand side, and about an inch or 2 above my..umm..stuff. can anyone confirm what organ this is? and maybe help me relieve this pain?

Worth a shot before you jump to the appendix conclusion, gas can cause similar pain.

You need to get to an er NOW. Don't delay. If it's your apendix, you don't want it to rupture and cause a nasty infection. Rupture is far worse than a simple removal, since when it ruptures, it bathes your insides in bacteria and germs.

If it's something like your bladder, it could be infected or any other number of things.

Get to a doc!

And get well soon.

jesus, when i made this post i didnt think the pain could have these effects. i thought it was one of those things where u guys would say, &quot;walk it off&quot; or something. if the pain doesnt let up soon, ill go check out the doc.

Couple weeks ago I had the same kinda pain and I felt like I was gonna die all day. I was about to call the doctor in an hour or so when I um, let out some gas after and after that I felt fine. Either way I'd call a dr. just to be sure, but first lay down on your stomach and see if its gas, it could be nothing at all.

Better to err on the side of caution.

Besides, the doc won't mind. I'm sure he/she'd love a case with an easy fix.

I think part of that's the point. You really should at least call an er and describe the symptoms and see what they say.

well if you want to find out if it's gas.... lay down on the floor, and pull your legs up as if you were a baby getting its diaper changed. and pull your knees to you chest. this'll let out whatever gas you may have. may take a while...... *phew* what's that smel!!!

But if you're that concerned, hop into your car and get your butt over to the ER. there's not reason to stress over this. if there's really something wrong, you'll be in better hands there than you would be at home. good luck

Better safe than sorry dude. I would get off the pc &amp; call your doctor. I agree with EnragedPC that it sounds like your appendix. Do you have a fever, had no appetite, and had nausea? These are a few symtoms.
