ouch!!! I pulled a muscle

About 2 hours ago when I was sleeping, I pulled my freakin calf muscle!!!! It hurt as hell!!!
I was freaken yelling from the pain. I can't walk right now. I still gotta go to school

Sleeping is becoming more and more dangerous. A couple of weeks ago I somehow pulled my neck muscle. That is the worst feeling in the world, I couldn't move my neck to the side or back for a week.

I have no idea how I pulled it. I don't move around a lot in bed. I hope I don't get it again tonight. I had to run 4 miles today and it hurt bad. The PE teacher wouldn't take my excuse. Oh well, I still got an A
