dang!, i'm running a llf on a travelstar with a mini-ide adapter on some old pentium 1oo and i guess i knocked the heatsink off....well, 30mins into the format i notice the hsf not on the cpu... you know what happens next :|:Q

Throw some water on it when it catches fire. Then RMA the CPU, as it is the Manufacturer's fault, not yours.

Duh. 😉 Thats ok, i touch my heatsinks once their installed to check that they ar working. Took a nice chunk out of my thumb this time when it got into the fanblades. Volcano 6Cu
