Other SUV with 2nd row seats fold flat so it's level with the trunk space floor?

I really like the design of the new 2007 Toyota Rav4 wherein you have the second row seats fold down and the back of the seat is level with the floor of cargo trunk so you create a very nice and large area for hauling bulky things. To make this "even/flat" floor surface, I think the cargo trunk floor is elevated and underneath it is a "secret" compartment to stash more things away.

I'm just wondering what other brands/models of mid-sized SUV's (or other SUV's for that matter) that has this same design.

not many really do.

however, in the upper end of the price range, and a category larger, the Saturn Outlook has an interesting take on the folding of the mid row. it also starts at $30k for AWD, or $28k for FWD.
 
the pilot does that, and has 3rd row seating as well. I am going to mod our pilot to remove the 3rd row but make it a locked hidden compartment to stow valuables in, out of sight and mind. I will put the 3rd row back when needed, which is not very often.

No kidding. My 05 Expy does the same thing. I thought ALL SUV's did this...
 
XC maybe?

citroen C4 picasso does but then its not really and SUV. all the seats fold flat into the floor and you can walk from front to rear
 
Offroading much? how much space are you looking for? We just got a pontiac vibe and it's got a fold flat back seat that gives us enough cargo space, it's not going to be as large as a big suv but it rivals some of the smaller ones.
 
Don't all of them do that?

I have a '99 Tahoe and it does that and my previous vehicle was a '95 Blazer that did that also.
