There is a sign on the wall about considering others in usage time, also not to run filesharing apps. Most I've ever heard someone say to her is "be careful, you might get in trouble" but it wont happen. She happens to outrank me, and its not a govt line whatsoever, so I cant really do squat. I'll talk to the commo guy tomorrow about suggestions. But unfortunatly theres strong support for certain females around here. Also I'm attached to another unit currently, so I really dont have a chain of command here. Basically I'm screwed whenever she goes online. Most other people are curteous about it.

Chances are you aren't the only one noticing what's going on.
You could always play stupid and call your network guys.
