OT: ZoneAlarm Issue

Thanks guys. I have contacted tech support and got a cookie cutter response that did not solve anything. I have blown out my permissions a few times and have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. I tried to go back to the free version but it wont go. I guess after you load pro that's it, it's always going to be pro. Anyway thanks for the help. If I can't get it figured out I may try a different firewall.
