did work 4 the owner - never acknowledged by him - he's proceeding to evict me . . .

Trial Court date May 22, 2003

i don't have work (receive GR from County $221 Month - awaiting State & Federal on Disability - 8 Months now)
originally started with car slamming my rear end of my Prelude - *hit & run* - no one doing anything about the
accident - and my neck has three vertebrae shot out of place - (Bad) - GR is helping - but in the meantime - State
disability is taking too long - won't have it in time (money to move) sooooo . . . i don't know what i am doing ???

anyone know of a garage w/ running water + power - so i can set up and live for a while ??? Seriously - or a
small room off - separate on any property - anywhere . . . i figure i am ready to roll
rolleye.gif

Note: i'll likely be getting my X-Rays (for free) - from a medical group - in the next week or so - which will be
used to show 'negligence' on the part of *Traffic* for not having taken a proper accident report and following
up with getting the hit + run girl - which i have *tracked* for almost 1 1/2 years - she has 5 alias' - :|

long story - complicated issues - i have run out of time - red tapes making my life difficult . . .

i have - for 53 years - worked and accomplished a lot - now - i have nothing - and i need some kind of help.

any responses / solutions etc . . . will be appreciated.

<EDIT> see end THread with Links . . .

So sorry to hear of all this. Prayers to you from this side of the Country too. I hope there is someone that can help over there in the L.A. area.

I sincerely hope efforts are more successful than a teammate that bad things happened in Texas, sadly we have not heard anything for months now.

Any Mods overseeing this DC Forum, could we sticky this?

Richard, you could start right from within and I hope we can help as well in a positive outlook.

Change this "richard (norse / nobody)"

I can personally say how the power of positive thinking of so many people here helped when I felt crushed.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation, and I'm sorry there's not much that I know of that I could do, living in the northern part of the US on the opposite end of the country. :(

You have prayers and best wishes from me that this will turn out ok.

Thoughts for you coming from all the way here in the UK. Sorry I can't do anything to help out, but I can give you some moral support :)

Take care, Richard :)

Well richard, if I had my own house, I wouldn't mind letting you stay a while to get back on your feet. Though, I am only 17, and I live with my mother in Florida. I don't think my mom would go for the idea of a stranger living in the house. Or you driving across the country.

Though, I do have a crappy part time job (last paycheck $87 for two weeks :(), and even though I have to save for insurance, I wouldn't mind handing over a few bucks once the my check is cashed. I could paypal you the money within a week when I get it cashed. I'll reply back to this thread once the paypal has been sent.

Any paypal address?

Bump for a cause.

. . . to Each of You - Thank You for your words + help offered . . .
i don't know how i will do everything i will have to do in the time
that i have - but you have all given me a strength - it is so much
appreciated - one from the heart . . .

in return (After things are settled down for me) - i am going to create
a series of Artworks - dedicated to this DC Project / TeAm AnandTech . . .
and i will give each of you one of these works as a Thank You Note

i certainly hope i have all my timing in place here - they have stated
that i will have 3-5 days after the court date to 'clear' out - so iv'e been
busy permafile / boxing what i will take to some sort of storage

and another artist friend - is letting me set up with SBC (PacBell) my
phone + On-Line Services - so i can keep my system crunchin' and have
an available Phone Line & be On-Line . . . thank god for all my friends . . .

All that you each do - is so much appreciated - i don't think words are
enough - but as i stated above - i will create a series of Artworks to show
my appreciation to each of you . . .

Sincerely,

richard

Richard the offer of Paypal is there if you ever feel the need :)

Hell I'll just buy another DVD or something otherwise - makes sence to help out a team mate.

Those artworks sound cool - pics would be perfect for the TA webby!

If you need a stranger to chat to then PM me :)
