Well, its that time of year again. Time when weather here starts sucking and my mind starts wandering to pool bar, golf and scuba.

I'm sure everyone can do without my incesant rambling but hopefully there is internet at the hotell in Cozumel, Mexico. S'posed to be great diving I hear.

mmmmm, 10 days of golf, SCUBA and Jack Daniels.
 
Argh... I haven't gone on a real vacation in years 🙁 can't afford it. I like my weekend trips to the Okanagon though...

There are great trips out there. 3 or 4 nights with airfare are very reasonable. Punta Cana and some parts of mexico are pretty cheap. Power of the dollar don't ya know.

I am not really into resorts... The places I want to see are Russia, Egypt, and Brazil. 2-3 days does it cut for them though. I would have to take at least a month off of work and save up a hell of a lot of money.

Maybe around conference time (DefCon, CanSec West, etc) we should start a thread to see who all is going. Im planning on hitting atleast one of them this year 😀

Our last cross-country trip with a two-year-old was plenty for this year, thank you.. Maybe in a year or so I'll come visit, if you can score tickets.

I managed to get in 13 dives when I was in the cayman's two years ago. 🙂 Saw a shark at 100 feet. The visibility is beyond remarkable there. I honestly felt like I could see down to 400 feet down the north wall - its just straight down! It truly is awesome there. Wan't to stay on Brac next time.

Only thing I need to find out about cozumel is current (I hear its strong), dive shops, and temperature.
