OT- Somehow i moved a win98se taskbar

I moved the taskbar to the top and cant return it to the bottom... any help is appreciated

Click the left mouse buton, hold it down, and drag it back to the bottom. It will kind of "hinge" down

To restate Evadman's instructions in different wording just click on the taskbar and drag it wherever you want it to be, just as if you were moving a file or a shortcut in Windows Explorer or on the Desktop.
