OT: Questions re: new math proof have been better received

I don't know what localized means either. However, it had something to do with an amateur submitting something about Riemann. I accomplished my goal of getting the countable sets out there for others to view. I had never seen it in the literature.

Now, I have gone back to my original work and asked some protocol questions on the same site. I have been getting lots of constructive help. Here is the new thread.
