I found this article absolutely hilarious! Seems a customer of Telecom received a bill that had a surcharge of $300 for being an "Arrogant Ba$tard"

Sounds like some people I know that probably deserved a charge like that. Customer service is indeed one of the hardest jobs in the world. Sometimes you cant make anybody happy no matter what you do.
