OT: I come to you guys first (FS)

Well I just picked up a TBird 1.0 (axia core) that I was going to build another cruncher with, but I have no use for it since I ended up getting a great deal on an XP 1600+. So I have the chip up for sale for only $55 shipped. I wanted to let you guys in on it first because I know there is always people looking to expand on their crunchers.

Oh yeah and I forgot to mention: the chip is unlocked and I will include the retail heatsink/fan combo.

Hmmmm..... I was planning on picking up a new chip sometime soon. But this is $20 more than I was willing to spend... but it includes the heatsink/fan... Argh! Put me down as a tentative "Maybe" 🙂 Gotta clear it with my mommy first 😛

because I have another computer, running an Athlon 800, but the CPU is actually my father's. He has enough parts to build a new system, so I was planning on picking up a cheap CPU for my comp and letting him build a new comp with his 800.
