OT: Has anyone mail ordered from Fry's?

I heard that Fry's does mail order, but I read many bad stories about them.
Anyone mail ordered from Fry's? If you did, did it arrive as expected without any problems or delays?

I have no personal experience with mail order from fry's but I heard its pretty bad from what the other members say about it. They would ship you the parts that was refunded before (meaning its used and returned so not sure what state they will be in when you get it). Overall most other members don't recommend it.

One of my employees ordered (via phone) a MB/CPU combo from Fry's. It took about 6 weeks to get it. Fry's claimed there was something wrong with his CC (there was nothing wrong), and he had to make 8+ calls to Fry's to finally get it shipped. He got a great deal, but thank God it worked since getting a RMA from them would have been impossible.
