Has anyone who sent in an I-JAM rebate for $50, for an MP3 player, received it yet?
I haven't. You can check the status at the processing center here.
Mine says "Request in Progress". I called the rebate center(1-888-738-9201). They said that they are waiting for I-JAM to finish some paper work. They also said that 493 other people are in the same situation as me!
Then they gave me a phone number at I-JAM and suggested I call them(1-888-326-4526). Paul at I-JAM took my address and said I-JAM would issue my rebate directly at the end of the month. He said that they were having problems with the rebate company. He said the rebate co. was still backlogged from Xmas.
So, if you haven't gotten your rebate yet I suggest you call the I-JAM number.
