I don't remember who was talking about this service a while back but I am now in need of such service due to an ISP switch(should be tommorow).

Does this kind of service really work? I'd be changing my ...@avalon.net addy to a ...@qwest.net(or something) will it catch all my email until I get my accts switched over?
