Sorry for the of topic post. But I had to post it. Dreamcast games are awesome, but their hardware sucks!!!!

I wish they are ceasing the dreamcast and only going to XBOX, make one system the standard.

i hate seeing any company leave. I still have memories of the harsh reality of 3dfx leaving.

there is less competition and less growth yada yada.

the only time it is good is when the company never showed anything promising anyways (like Acer lol)

mmx: Some people aren't gonna be buying X-Box, but rather another system. Ever heard of the old saying "Don't put all your eggs in one basket?". Sega needs money now, and they're gonna make as many games for as many systems as they can sell.

That said, I don't see them doing much. I love my Dreamcast but all the really good games were made by 3rd parties, not Sega themselves. Sega's gonna die . . .

What kind of crack are you smoking? Their Hardware Sucks?! Do you even have a dreamcast? Right here and now the Dreamcast is equal to the PS2 so I don't think that qualifies their hardware as being inferior. It's true that they were first to the market so their hardware is older therefore not as powerful but that the price you pay for being first. That's almost like saying that the 3dfx (may they rest in peace) Banshee sucked when compared to the Geforce card. If Sega were to come out with the Dreamcast 2 right here and now and it absolutely blew the doors off the PS2 in every aspect would you say that Sony's hardware sucked? Me thinks no.
