sorry for all the Off topic but i feel this is important for someone you hot deal shoppers.
On Jan 17, 2001, I ordered a $150 Headphones from Buy.com.
On Jan 19, 2001, I changed my mind and cancelled my order but according to CSR, item has been shippped. She mentioned that i can simply refuse the delivery and everything will be handle through Buy.com. <--- Biggest Mistake i Ever make there. So i listen to the sales representative and refused the order.
On Jan 26, 2001, I checked the status of the package and it showed that has been delivered back to Buy.com. So i called them and told them of the story. The CSR told me that their system didnt show that i returned the the headphones, then i told them that Buy.com's own tracking system showed it was returned then He told me "Oh, sorry that was weird, Ok I'll put in the request and credit should be returned to your credit card no later than 21 days. So i wait, wait and wait.
On March 5, 2001, I was upset that nothing was emailed to me nor credit was returned to my credit card. Buy.com Close down their Phone Support <---- not a good sign. I could not find anything on their webpage that states a phone number. So I put in a request through their crappy email support. with the promised words that a sells rep will return my email within 12 hours. <---- Received nothing from them as of today.
On March 20, 2001, My second email to Buy.com support since there is no way I can get in contact with this company NO PHONE NUMBERS. I think soon, this company will file for chapter 11. arrrggghhh I can't believe this kind of Customer Srevice with no phone support. Now i dont have the headphones and I sitll have to pay for that $150.00 plus shipping
