That is called luck my friend. I did received a lot of good things, way more than bad. I still have two Bartons 2500 and one HT Pentium 2.4 all three working perfectly, maybe more than 10 motherboards were fine (and 2 bad), bunch of power supplies (couple of them were bad), every video card in my PCs is newegg refurbished, I think in general chips are OK as long they are not too expensive. I've never bought a refurbished hard drive or monitor, those things are too risky.
One has to say that newegg is honest and reliable business with customer service bar none.
