Well I had a Donkey in Dominica eating a yam. (It took me awhile to come up with a fruit that starts with a Y) 😉

I forked both Kangaroo and Koala, so I figure I'm in the 100% of the population! 😛

Edit: I just tried pi, based on that non-whole-number idea, and came up with a rat in Ecuador eating a tangerine. 🙂

Denmark came into my mind but I rejected it, thought of deutcshland(however its spelled... didnt know how to spell it, so...) and then thought of djibouti
So I have an Iguana in Djibouti eating an Apricot
I know if I had gone with denmark I would have chosen koala

and apple was the first to come to mind for a, but you didnt say to go with your first thought, you just said think of one so i thought of a different one.

But even though going with the first thing you could think of wasn't mentioned I believe that it was the whole point of the test. The statistics would be quite different if everyone would spend minutes trying to come up with very individual/eccentric answers.
 
BTW - the silence on my part was because /me has been smacking Eponymous & ConfusedBW upside the head with their kiwis! 😛 😀
