OT: Anyone used AmEx Blue to PM with MSN Passport/800.com deal?

Hi group,

I'd like to buy the Sony Tivo on sale right now at 800.com, get the passport savings and the 800.com gift check, and then use AmEx Blue to get the price of the TIVO lowered even further.

But, from the AmEx BVG program:
"Store advertisements which reference a discount on all items does not qualify. For example: An advertisement stating "All store merchandise is 40% off" is not eligible for coverage on a per item basis"

Does this mean that the item will not be eligable for a Blue PM since 800.com is giving you a gift check as well as $$ off for their electronics sale?

Thanks, Aaron

Do not mention the MSN eshop 100 rebate when price matching. They do not need to know. They have no way of knowing you are getting it, you have no reason to tell them. Call up, price match 800.com with xyz company and hang up. Never give unnecessary information. More than one deal has been killed by people bragging or giving too much info.

They asked me for 800.com e-mail conf. and the buydig.com cart. ...after I explained what a cart is. I call the night crew, 12:01am ET +/-. 🙂

did anyone use multiple accounts of MSN Passports with Private Payments numbers from BLUE and still get those cash back e-mails?

I thinking of creating multiple accounts at MSN with different BLUE numbers for each account and purchase.
