OT: ??? about AT&T Long Distance and get $70 master card gift certificate

I know this is off topic.

About 1 week ago I saw a post about signing up for AT&T long distance and getting a $70 gift certificate. I signed up but have not gotten the gift certificate. I searched for the post on here but could not find it. I need to the number so I can call and ask for my money. Does anyone have that number?
