I finished my BS at Michigan at 2004, the last time the Wolverines beat OSU. I started UW in 2007...I can feel something right now - the feeling of my school crushing the Buckeyes...

Well, I was taking into account the fact that pryor forgot how to throw a couple minutes ago.
That was complete, the only reason it would be incomplete is because the umpire declared it incomplete on the field.

They called it incomplete on the field. They reviewed it and confirmed it incomplete. Then they reviewed it again and called it a catch. WTF?
There was only one review...
The first was the announcement "The previous play is under review, the ruling on the field was an incomplete pass"
that is all...
