Actually, that's kinda exactly what human laws with regards to free speech literally are. Free speech is not a law of the universe, dipshit. Its a made up concept by humans to try and make it so that governments can't keep their citizens from voicing their legit grievances with said government. They are not carte blanche unfettered freedom to spout whatever the fuck you want at any time and place free of consequence.
