personally i thought it sucked and shouldn't have even been nominated....but obviously the academy disagrees with you that it deserved best picture...

Same here, I did not think that the Aviator was Oscar worthy but I loved Million Dollar Baby.

huh? oscars kills all primetime shows. unless ur talking reruns...


and bah, this years movies were all relatively weak. incredibles shoulda gotten best pic, but it doesn't have snob appeal.
 
oh i see, teri hatcher was on the barbra walters special after😛 oscars much more watchable when u can fastfoward through 90% of it. gah, most of the songs beonce had to sing just plain sucked.
 
I love Tivo. skipping commercials, speaches, and all those film montages, I was able to watch the Academy Awards in under 45 minutes 😀

I disagreed with literally every single winner. seriously. every single one. that takes talent.
 
yup..same here. skip skip skip...basically only chris rocks standup and his jaywalking bit was any good... the performances sucked ass.
 
Anyone who wasn't sick of beyonce surely is now. She's quite attractive but I wouldn't mind not seeing her for another 5 years at this point.

Sean penn obviously can't take a joke.

A few good speeches, but still mostly thank you x y z.

The overall ceremony was pretty bad. I realize they were trying to mix things up but the whole thing where they went into the crowd and/or had them on stage already was lame.
