I hope they give him a fair trial with adequate legal representation. If he's found guilty, I hope he's placed in protective custody in prison, just as any "at risk" inmate would be.

Criminals are criminals. When we start to make exceptions to the rules, we errode our own rights as much as Osama's.

Osama is appearantly guilty of blame for the factual murder of 5000 US citizens.
Saddam Hussien was an imminant threat.
Osama had ALREADY gone far beyond being a threat. He was an agressor who had already attacked.
Saddam Hussien is in prison.
Why isn't Osama?

There is simply no excuse for not having Osama in prison. The President promised it and he did not deliver.

Osama is appearantly guilty of blame for the factual murder of 5000 US citizens.
Saddam Hussien was an imminant threat.
Osama had ALREADY gone far beyond being a threat. He was an agressor who had already attacked.
Saddam Hussien is in prison.

thats because they have something called as a pacifist law which was passed in diet (japanese parliament ) that prohibits them from waging war on other countries unless they are attacked......
