From CNN:

<< Osama bin Laden has left Afghanistan according to the Taliban envoy to Pakistan, The Associated Press reports. Details soon. >>

I wonder what country is going to let him in?

That kinda makes this whole afghan war pointless now. lol

Not really. Still many of those Al-Queda jerks in Afghanistan. Might as well get rid of them while we are there.

how is it pointless. the main goal was destroying taliban, and al queda governing structure we are doing that. and the search for bin laden will go on no matter where he is, and any country that helps him will die with him.

not really. the point of the war is to clean out the al qaeda and replace the taliban with a government that will not support terrorist organizations within their borders. it's not just about one man.

That same envoy said a few weeks ago that the Taliban had shot down some B-52s.

The Afghan war is not rendered pointless. Even if the confused braying of the Taliban envoy is true (and they're getting so hammered by air strikes and ground attacks that they would say anything to try and get it to stop), the Taliban still was sheltering bin Laden and his terrorist organization.

If bin Laden really did leave Afghanistan, then he doesn't have the support of the government where he went to.

Reuters is now reporting that the taliban is now reporting that bin laden is still inside afganistan.
Maybe the taliban misinfortion teams should give each other a call.

The Taliban is so full of Sh!t that it is ridiculous. They lost all credibility on their word along time ago. Everything that comes out of their mouths are lies, They cried wolf a long time ago.

Bah, bomb Afganistan, Pakistan and Iraq. I doubt anyone would have a problem with that.
