OS X Tiger Upgrade

I need to know if I could use my iMac G5 Mac OS X Tiger Install Discs to install Tiger onto my Powerbook G4. Please any help. I want to do it right now.

Legally, probably not. Practically, I don't see why it wouldn't work. Not that you should actually do it, of course.

Of course I was not planning on doing it. It just seemed logical to do it since all the install discs have Tiger and Tiger could be installed on all Macs with a Firewire Port. So it would be able to be installed on a Powerbook G4?

I think the machine specific discs generally have drivers for that machine. Pick it up retail, it's cheap.
