OS X: change owner's name?

Is there a way to change the owner's name? Like where you log in, it says "blah blah's computer" and has your login prompt underneath.

I can't seem to find the option... changing the initial user name doesn't work... I don't want to have to reinstall the damn OS just for that....

I just changed my user name over to something different, and it came up with that at the login screen. And under System Profiler -> Software (Mighty Blue Apple -> About this Mac -> More Info...) it has that name as well. Unless you are talking about something different. Any chance of a screen shot?

It's the computer name. "UserName's PC" is the name of the computer itself, you can change it under "Sharing"
